A new poll from Quinnipiac University shows Florida to be an exact tie. This new poll breaks the national tie we have had for several days by taking Florida's 27 EVs from Kerry, who had been ahead there. Since Florida is an exact tie, we have not assigned its EVs to either candidate. Thus the total is not 538 for the moment.
