News from the Votemaster

One of the advantages of robopolling is that the pollster can conduct a large number of polls in a hurry. SurveyUSA has just demonstrated this feature of its system (which is entirely automated). It just ran five polls in each of 16 states pitting Giuliani, Thompson, and Romney against Clinton and Giuliani and Romney against Obama in each of them (80 separate polls) all of them with Mike Bloomberg is the race. There are a lot of surprising results, like Hillary Clinton beating Mitt Romney in Alabama! Check it out, but don't take it too seriously yet.

This page is the prototype for 2008. The data and map will refer to previous elections until serious polls begin in 2008. The blog will be updated when there is interesting news about the 2008 races.

Preview of the 2008 races:           President       Senate       House
